At Mayra Collection we want you to be in love with your purchase! Once you received your item and there is an issue with it, we have a return option available to make sure you enjoy your shopping experience with us. In the case of faulty or incorrect items, we will gladly accept returns and refund the method of payment used.

However please understand that due to the custom nature of some of our products with sizing and style specifications according to the buyers individual need, we are unable to offer refunds due to change of mind. Once the suit is in production we can not offer a refund.

All refunds and exchanges will be dealt with via email outside of this website.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted for a refund because of a damaged item, we’ll send you a return shipping label and cover the shipping fee. If you doing an exchange you are responsible for the return shipping fee.

We will also give you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If the refund is not approved the item will be shipped back to you.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, you will receive a store credit, that is valid for one year. You can make a separate purchase for the new item you want.

Shipping Charges

Return shipping charges on packages are the responsibility of the client.

Original Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.


Unfortunately Mayra Collection offers no warranty policy. Once tags are removed from an item, we are not responsible for any damage that may occur.
